Buy-Back Ts & Cs apply

All hearing aids traded-in are responsibly destroyed through certified e-waste management.

Once traded in, devices cannot be returned.
Buy-Back Ts & Cs apply

A maximum of 2 complete hearing aids per patient can be used as a trade-in. Incomplete units or components alone do not qualify.

Hearing loss is highly individual, and effective treatment requires tailored solutions — a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.

As a manufacturer, we cannot verify the safety, condition, or eligibility of traded-in hearing aids (especially non-Oticon models or older units), and therefore can’t guarantee they’re suitable for reuse. For this reason, we responsibly destroy devices via certified e-waste recycling.

The Oticon Buy-Back Program is designed to make new, modern hearing aids more affordable by offering trade-in credit.

If affordability is still a concern, we encourage you to speak with a hearing care professional in the public or private sector about government-funded programs, nonprofit support, or alternate financial solutions.

Note: Professional fees may apply.
